Refund Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
This page describes the refund policy GyanMul intends to apply once paid subscriptions go live. It is published ahead of launch for transparency.
Not yet in effect. GyanMul's billing is not yet live. This policy describes our intended approach and will be finalized and dated before paid subscriptions launch.
1. Free trial
Starter and Professional plans are intended to include a free trial period with full feature access. No payment is charged during the trial, and no refund is applicable to a trial period.
2. Monthly and annual subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions: cancel any time; no refund for the current billing period already in progress, but no further charges after cancellation.
- Annual subscriptions: a pro-rated refund is intended to be available if canceled within the first 30 days of the annual term; after 30 days, remaining months are intended to be non-refundable except as required by law.
3. Enterprise and Government agreements
Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise and Government plans are intended to be set out in the school or municipality's individual services agreement, which will take precedence over this general policy.
4. Non-refundable circumstances
Refunds are not intended to be available where an account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms & Conditions.
5. How to request a refund
Once billing is live, refund requests will be handled by contacting info@gyanmul.com. This page will be updated with a confirmed process and timeline before launch.
