Terms & Conditions

A GyanMul account may be created directly by a school administrator, or provisioned for staff, students, and parents by their school. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@gyanmul.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• A school subscribes to GyanMul under one of our published plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise, Government) or a custom agreement.
• Fees are billed as agreed at signup — see our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
• A school is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, and for ensuring it has the appropriate consent to enter personal data belonging to its staff, students, and parents.
• We may suspend or limit a school's access for non-payment, after reasonable notice, without affecting the school's obligation to pay amounts already due.

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits misuse of the platform, including unauthorized access to data, harassment, and circumventing security controls.

GyanMul, its logo, and the underlying software are the property of Nepfex Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Your school retains all rights to the data it enters into GyanMul (student records, academic content, branding assets, etc.). We are granted only the limited license needed to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the Service.

Your school owns the data it stores in GyanMul. You may export a copy of your school's data at any time in standard formats, and we will provide reasonable assistance migrating your data if you choose to leave the platform, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

We aim to keep GyanMul available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and features may occasionally be unavailable due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify school administrators in advance of planned maintenance that affects availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GyanMul is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nepfex Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

A school may cancel its subscription at any time by contacting info@gyanmul.com. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, including violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, following reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure where practicable. Upon termination, data handling follows our Account Deletion Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and notify school administrators of material changes before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
